We stand behind all of our products. If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return any undamaged item to us within 10 business days of the delivery date and we will issue you a prompt and courteous refund for the full cost of the item. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the return shipment. We do not accept returns if an item has been damaged in any way by the customer. We charge a 15% restocking fee if a returned item is damaged or incomplete. Before returning an item, please call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
International orders are non-refundable. We will make every reasonable attempt to rectify any issue with an international order relating to any damaged, missing or incorrect items on the order, but we will not honor any full refunds. Exchanges will be accepted if the customer wishes to pay shipping, handling and customs fees for transport both ways.
All returns must be in their original packaging and must be repackaged in the same way in which they were received. It is highly recommended that you purchase full insurance for the item(s) and that you use a trackable method (i.e. UPS or FedEx).
Please note: Used and damaged mannequins are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Items Damaged During Shipment
If you happen to receive an item that was damaged during shipment, please take pictures of the damaged item, then email those pictures to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.* In your email, please also include a description of the damages and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.** Only after we receive photos of the damage will we file a claim. After a claim is filed, FedEx will pick up the item(s) from the location they were originally delivered to. Please note that all items must be in original packaging in order for us to accept returns.
* We purchase full insurance with FedEx for each item that is shipped out. Photos are needed to verify damage and to file an insurance claim with the shipper.
** Replacement option only applies if the same item that was originally purchased is available for shipment. We will not replace a damaged item with a different product.
