"What's your return policy?" We stand behind all of our products. If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return any undamaged item to us within 10 business days of the delivery date and we will issue you a prompt and courteous refund for the full cost of the item. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the return shipment. We do not accept returns if an item has been damaged in any way by the customer. "What if my item was damaged during shipment?" If you happen to receive an item that was damaged during shipment, please take pictures of the damaged item,* then email them to us at photos@classymannequins.com within 10 business days of the delivery date. In your email, please also include a description of the damages and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.** Only after we receive photos of the damage will we file a claim. After a claim is filed, FedEx will pick up the item(s) from the location they were originally delivered to. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging in order for us to accept returns. "Do your mannequins come in any other colors/shapes/sizes?" The only colors, shapes, and/or sizes that we have available are the ones listed on the product description page. Keep in mind, we update our site daily. If you do not see the ordering options you want for a particular product, please send us an e-mail to let us know how we can better serve your needs in the future. Our goal is to continually improve your customer experience. "Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?" Absolutely! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. This is virtually unheard of in this industry. In fact, we are proud to be the only company that offers this kind of guarantee for our products. Please see our return policy for more details. Also, find out about our extended 30 or 60 day money-back guarantees. "How do your products come packaged?" For our mannequins, each is individually boxed & protected with foam filling. For our jewelry displays, each is individually wrapped in its own protective plastic bag and/or boxed. "Do the product pictures on your website look exactly like what I will receive when I order?" Generally, yes. However, because of differences in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the product you order will look exactly like what you see on your screen, particularly when it comes to color. We strive to provide you with the most accurate images of all products sold on our website. If you’re unhappy with your order, you may always return it for a full refund within 10 days, provided it is not damaged in any way. Please see our Return Policy for more information. "Do you offer a product catalog?" No, we currently do not have a print catalog for two reasons. First, since we add new products every week, a paper catalog would virtually never be up-to-date. Second, we strive to keep our prices as low as possible. This means cutting costs wherever we can. We save money on printing expenses and then pass those savings on to you! "Do you ship internationally?" Yes, but only by pallet. Orders of 10 mannequins or more are required for delivery outside of the contiguous United States. Please email us for a shipping quote. "How much does shipping cost?" Our current shipping rates are as follows: All full size mannequins & body forms*.......$55.00 /ea. * For orders of 5 items or more, please contact us for shipping quote. "How do you ship your products?" We use FedEx Ground for orders weighing over 2 lbs. Orders weighing less than 2 lbs are shipped via USPS and will arrive within 5-7 business days of order date. "Do you offer any quicker shipping options?" Yes, express and overnight options are available. However, due to the size of our products, anything other than ground shipping can be quite expensive. For a full size mannequin, prices can range anywhere from $150 - $300, depending on type of delivery and shipping address. Contact us for an exact shipping quote. "Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?" We ship to Hawaii, but not to Alaska. We're sorry for the inconvenience. We haven't found a shipper yet who charges reasonable rates to ship our products to Alaska. "Is my package insured?" Yes. We purchase full insurance with FedEx for every package that is shipped out. "How long will my order take to arrive?" Delivery times vary for each state. Please see our Delivery Time Map for shipping times for your area. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 5—7 business days from the date you ordered. "Why do you have such an extensive FAQ section?" Because we realize that, as a business owner, your time is important to you. You need answers now. Due to our daily call volume, it’s not always possible for a Customer Service Representative to immediately assist you by phone. Sometimes you may need to leave us a message so we can return your call. In an effort to streamline this process and in response to customer suggestions, we’ve written down the answers to pretty much any question that you can think of related to our website and our products. At this time, we do not ship out orders on weekends. If you place an order Friday after 10 am (PST) or on the weekend or a holiday, it will not be processed until the next business day. "What's your Privacy Policy?" Please click here to view our full Privacy Policy disclosure. "How long does it take to assemble a mannequin?" It usually only takes a couple minutes. Most of our mannequins come with detachable arms, right or left leg, and upper body. That means you only have four parts to assemble. This does not include the time it takes to place your mannequin on the base, which only takes a minute or two. You're looking at a 3-5 minute project at the most. There will be a complete instructional video on the site soon that demonstrates how to assemble, position, and care for your mannequin. "Do you only sell to businesses?" We do business with anyone who is in the market for a mannequin, not just retail establishments. "Are the bases for your mannequins and dress forms shipped separately?" We can fit both a mannequin and its base in one box. If you order a dress form or body form, the base will be shipped with the form, but the rod will be shipped separately. "What size is the package I will receive?" The box for female adult mannequins measures 16 x 16 x 48". The box for male adult mannequins measures 17 x 17 x 51". The box for the pedestal for sitting mannequins measures 12 x 12 x 18". The box for baby mannequins is 26 x 9 x 13". The box for teenage mannequins is 36 x 12 x 13". "Do you offer express shipping?" Yes. However, due to the size of the items being shipped, it is usually quite costly. Just call or email us for a free shipping quote. "Do your wigs fit all of your mannequins?" Our wigs fit all of our adult size and small size mannequins. They do not fit child mannequins. "Can your sitting mannequins also stand?" No. Our sitting mannequins can only sit. "I received a coupon from ClassyMannequins.com. How long is it good for?" All coupons from ClassyMannequins.com are good for one year from the day you received it, unless otherwise specified. "Can I use multiple coupons for the same purchase?" No, coupons from ClassyMannequins.com can not be combined, unless otherwise specified. "How do you come up with the pricing for your mannequins?" Our mannequins are priced according to a number of different factors, including: size, finish, demand, overall quality, type, and amount of detail.
